Ready to make some changes in your life? Want to feel better about yourself and stop worrying? Been through a rough patch and lost confidence? A lack of confidence or self esteem makes all sorts of situations more difficult than they need to be. Grappling with unnecessary doubts or insecurities can hold us back in a range of frustrating and stressful ways, undermining one’s ability to do one’s best. Building confidence and self esteem enables us to move forward more freely, feeling less inhibited and more positive, so it is a very important aspect of personal (and professional) development. The good news is – it can be learned! This Building Confidence and Self Esteem Training course is a great way to gain some useful psychological insight, learn about yourself, and get some practical steps tailored to your needs. There are many reasons why a person may lack confidence or have low self esteem, but tried and tested techniques can make a significant difference. Small group size enables sessions to be specifically tailored to each delegate’s needs.

What is building confidence and self esteem training?

Building Confidence and Self Esteem Training is a great opportunity to learn about a range of ways that you can help yourself to feel better and handle situations better. Confidence is about how you feel in any particular situation, it changes according to where you are, who you’re with, what you’re doing etc. Self esteem, on the other hand, works at a deeper level, so whether it is high or low, you carry it with you wherever you are, and it affects everything you do and all your experiences. This training explores both confidence and self esteem, looking at reasons why they may be unnecessarily low and a range of practical ways to build them.
